THE FATHER AND THE FAMILY OF SEBASTIAN
I AM DANIEL PAVON CUELLAR, 41 YEARS OF AGE, MEXICAN CITIZEN AND UNITED STATES OF AMERICA LEGAL RESIDENT.
I been an artist for 27 years
I was also licensed Real estate agent
I was a club owner and manager, such club had over 5000sqft of tridimensional murals, all the place could be seen in 3D, I also did all the design including sculptures and lighting
I was owner of restaurants and also manage each of them
I also owned a tortilla factory and also managed such factory
I also administered a hotel, with restaurant and bar.
I have extensive knowledge of Gardening, making bonsais and professional landscaping
I have the hobby of Aquariums and fish.
As an artist, I am re known for my unique and innovative style of art and unique in the world, working with four styles and materials which include acrylics, oils, and UV lighting tridimensional art, surreal art, and landscape art
Also I speak French, English and Spanish
I have lived in France, United States of America, and Mexico, I have lived in several cities.
I am also a professional Photographer, and my photos are also sold
I also do sculpture and building of waterfalls, also a carpenter, and interior designer.
I studied one year Architecture in college,
In my younger years: Also worked as sailing instructor, windsurf instructor and the mini club, which was to take care of around 15 children of ages 3 to 6 between me and two other people, including taking them for pick nicks, to the beach, teach them to paint and draw, make games to be played by them, help them interact with each other and much more
I bought my homestead in Austin Texas since 1997
Such house had waterfalls, next to a river, with 500 year old Oaks, and extensive oriental gardening on one third of an acre, this was ready for my son and was his home.
Sebastian had his own room.
A garden to play, waterfalls and lots of art to see, visually entertaining and visual education.
My home had squirrels who lived in the 500 year old oaks, also raccoons will come at night. And they would drink from the pond by the waterfall.
All this was the windows of Sebastian happiness and life.
All was setup for him, Sebastian loved the house, he is a very visual baby.
In my home I had extensive equipment for my art shows, including TVs, slide projectors and video projectors.
I also hand Painted Antiques
My sisters have a total of 5 children, who I interacted with them since babies, uncle 5 times.
My family is and has been all very well known for their accomplishments in the Intellectual and Artistic areas, but also of engineering and design and we all had excellent reputation and respect in all aspects of each of our lives.
My brother David lives in France and is a very well known psychologist, he has also written books and gives conferences.
My other sister Sofia studied Computer engineering and now is a full time devoted wife and mother of three children in a successful and happy marriage, his husband Alejandro works in one of the highest levels for General Motors, they live in England in a highly desired Location.
My sister Lillian is also very well known and is an economist and director for the department of economy of one of the best Universities in Mexico. Also written books
My father was an electronic engineer, and director for the Light and Power company in Mexico, He was also an artist who will make electronic figures of sound, also designed and created several electronic equipments, and even had several trademarks, he was also a teacher and written books (such books studied by students up to date and in regards to music applied to electronics), his innovations to his time, where great assets to development of many, but he was also a carpenter, he could fix any car or machine, any car engine, he was a photographer, music composer, his knowledge was beyond belief, he could fix anything, from the driers, to the engines of the cars, to electronic equipment, to roofs, pluming and all. He will wake up at 6 am and always worked until 10 p.m
A great man, a great teacher,
His accomplishments of life where not only by his education to his children, but also the united family he preserved, a marriage of 49 years with Guadalupe my mother
My father always took public buses, he was humble, and always aided everyone, he aided financially and personally every brother and sister he had, he aided his mother and father in every way, always aided economically to every member of his family. A person of high ethical standars.This is our heritage.
He was always there for me, and never ever lied to me about anything, he was an honest and highly respected man, his principles were based on honesty
His devotion to his family was pure and total, but also very wise.
He spoke German, French, Italian, Spanish, English, and Latin
He even designed and built his own home, he even presented shows of his art in Canada and other countries
And so much to say, simply I never stopped learning from him
He supported his sisters and brothers. He always helped people in need.
My mother, a mother of 4 successful kids, who each of them have showed innovations and have reach success in each of their paths of life, each brought new knowledge to the world.
Always devoted to her family, always helped people.
A great wife and a great mother. My mother was married for 49 years
My mother also owned 144 acres in Austin Texas of prime real estate, such properties preserved the habitat, and nature, no trees were to be cut down except for access. Such properties had rivers and springs, but also great views, they were purchased on or around the 90´s,

Samantha and I lived from the sale of my art and loan of my parents. I was also framing and making the catalog to my collection of paintings (1732 fine art paintings) for exhibits.
I had also obtained several websites for the advertising of the art
I was also doing the cooking and cleaning of the house, and tried to work from the home as much as possible.
I was also doing the entrances for the 20 acres and the landscaping
I had planted 600 red oak trees from the acorn at the birth of Sebastian, for him to know a forest of trees that will be planted in the properties will be of the same age then him.
I cared, supported and protected Sebastian, since birth, and I will do so until my last breath
March 2007: I had purchase a property of 20 acres with a loan, such property had two commercial sides.
I started a partnership and open a corporation to start real estate development
I was about to close on a property of around 69 acres inside the city limits of Lockhart, already with city services, also commercial, the loan was already granted and obtained and I was in a partnership with a friend. I found this property on December of 2006 and work every step of the contract, including surveys, the research of deed records, research of restrictions, and all in regards to a telephone Antenna lease in the property, had several meetings with attorneys, and made several trips to such property, talked to the owners and realtors, also their attorneys. The property of 69 acres was going to be for development, so also making the plans and projects including feasibility studies. The closing was to take place on June 2007. By the obstruction of Samantha to make impossible my return and the one of my son, the property was lost but also thousands of dollars from the work, surveys and other expenses, but also my reputation. Samantha auctioned the 20 acres without disclosing the lien, and also Samantha has stolen all my property, all of the 1732 Original Fine art paintings, all my personal documents, and even attempted to steal all from my parents at their age. Including over 140 acres of Prime Real Estate, Samantha et al did all in Secret, our of Jurisdiction, without Due Process, even using Physical Violence and murder attempts. Samantha Et al used Sebastian to do so and made Impossible for Daniel and Sebastian to return to their home in Austin.
I went with Samantha to every appointment with Doctor Locus
I went with Sebastian to every appointment to the pediatrician. Except one by an appointment I had, and since the parents of Samantha went with her.
I supported Samantha in every way at every time.
All my money from the sale of my art and the loan of my parents were deposited in Samantha bank account since she wanted to do the finances of the “family”

THE LIFE SEBASTIAN SHOULD BE HAVING RIGHT NOW:

Today, without the actions of Samantha, Sebastian will live in peace, enjoying life, with all the members of his family.
Sebastian could have walks and learn about nature in the properties, they even had a springs, and rivers.
Sebastian would live in a house and garden with waterfalls, with fish, with aquariums, with plants. Sebastian will live in a house that will seem to him like Disneyland, all colorful.
Sebastian would be learning Spanish, French, and English from the U.K and the U.S,
Sebastian would know his uncles, aunts, cousins and grandparents, but also get to see Mexico, United States, France, and Beautiful parts of England.
Sebastian will be the prince of the family getting attention from every member of my family, especially been the first baby of the men in the family.
Sebastian would have enjoyed the treatment and presents of each member, this last Christmas, or on his birthday.
Sebastian would be able to be in Austin, Mexico City, France, and England and have family in each place, a home, a place to be welcome.
Sebastian will be able to go to the beach often, since Daniel had all his friends in Playa del Carmen, places to stay, and Daniel was very well known and highly respected in Playa.
Sebastian could learn all the knowledge of Daniel, that includes from how to draw, how to paint, how to do everything, the knowledge is passed to our children.
But also see nature, enjoy nature and learn from nature.
Sebastian could spend his days going into the rivers or springs of such properties, do bone fires, see the stars at night, see the wildlife in the properties including armadillos, dear, turtles, frogs, hawks and much more.
I had planted 600 trees, read oaks, when Sebastian was born, those trees where to be planted in the properties and that Sebastian will know, the trees were born the same day he was. But also to help care for them
Sebastian will enjoy the world of two people, his parents, of both families, all their uncles and relatives and friends.
Sebastian had insurance in Austin, had a Home, had a car, had properties to walk in and learn from, he also had a home that will teach him about fish, plants, Art, my home with waterfalls, he had his own room, rooms for guest, and even the whole Lowry family stayed in my home for three weeks in December and around 6 weeks in April March 2007.
Sebastian had access to the membership of the sports club I had paid for Samantha
Sebastian would have every privilege a child could have.
I was ready to be a father and worked all my life for that purpose, a family in union.
I could be teaching my son, to draw, to paint, gardening, how his trees were growing, I will take him to my meetings, and I would show him all my art, I would not spend a minute without him! Take pick nicks with him.
I supplied all the needs for Sebastian but also for Samantha even when Samantha and I never married.
I supported Samantha from the Loans from my parents, the sale of my art while the other projects where about to start to produce income. Samantha destroyed all of that, all of the above just for a big theft of everything from me, my son and my family that we had obtained in all our life’s working hard to get, all our struggle and our future security.
My father always worked hard because he never wanted to depend on anyone, not even at his old age, super healthy, did not drink, did not smoke, did exercise, amazing man.

Samantha never worked in Austin, did not studied, and never brought any money to the home, her parents never aided Samantha Financially. Samantha had moved just 8 months before.
Samantha destroyed a love story, destroyed my family just for a big theft, but also has placed in high risk the future of my son. Samantha used her own son for profits and illegal gains when sebastian was 2 months old.
Yet, Samantha has stolen all from me and my family, has brought conflict, problems to our life’s, violence worries ,fears, broke into the homes of my parents, into my home. Invade the privacy of our life’s, of my parents who were old and worked all their life, just to steal everything from us, she has caused such a harm to me, to my son, to my mother, to my family, a harm that is extreme and forever, a harm that has ended with one life, my father was murdered February 8, 2008 after several murder attempts of the Lowry Family against my parents, such police reports were filed before his murder. The Lowry Family et al harrassed and threaten my partner in Austin, harrassed and threaten my Sister and her family in England, my brother in France and my Parents in Mexico, but even the parents of the husband of my sister, just as a distraction to steal everything from my family. (Existing Police reports)
No, I will prefer to never see Samantha, but I also believe is her rights and the rights to my son is to see the mother.
The equality of rights can be reached even when there is no contact between me and Samantha
To obtain peace and reach a normal life is priceless.
To stop this harm, is also priceless.
The contract agreement of December 3, 2007 will bring Justice and immediate relief,
We hereby request the court to make an immediate ruling for the immediate compliance of the agreement contract, enforced with the Hague Convention, the Mexican Laws Including under ARTICULO 1793, under Rule 11 Agreement of The Texas rules of civil procedures.
Samantha has waived all her rights to any of the orders in United States, becuase they were obtained by fraud, deception, perjuries, kept secret without service or notice, without Due Process and making impossible the return of me and Sebastian to our home in Austin, Samantha has pending criminal investigations in Mexico, and United States of America, but also court cases remain open in Mexico and United States, reason of the agreement terms on the contract executed on December 3, 2007 .
In such contract agreemnt I agreed to hold Harmless Samantha and her family of all their criminal actions looking for the best interest of Sebastian, it is also in the best interest of Samantha and her family such contract.
